Hahn Airport is witnessing special flights for the European Championships, accommodating British fans. Ryanair will manage around ten special flights, carrying fans to and from Hahn Airport for the group stage match between England and Denmark. Aircrafts are coming in from various locations, including London, Bristol, Manchester, and Birmingham, in the Hunsrück region. Wizz Air also flies twice a week, transporting Romanian football supporters between Hahn Airport and Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

This airport is well-prepared to handle these additional flights and passengers, mentions Rüdiger Franke, the managing director of Triwo Hahn Airports. "We're all set, even if airlines demand to organize last-minute flights for the European Championship at Hahn Airport," Franke said.
