Berlin-Malchow - Five-year-old girl and mother injured in accident
A five-year-old girl and her 44-year-old mother were injured in a traffic accident in Berlin-Malchow on Monday afternoon. A 22-year-old driver collided with the 44-year-old's car while turning left, police said on Tuesday. The woman's five-year-old daughter suffered injuries to her head in the collision. She was taken to hospital for inpatient treatment. Her mother sustained injuries to her upper body, which were also treated in hospital. She was able to leave the hospital afterwards. The 22-year-old remained uninjured. He is not believed to have had a valid driver's license with him. The investigation is ongoing.
