Five people were injured in a collision between a city bus and a small delivery truck in Coburg. The driver of a delivery service reversed out of a driveway into moving traffic, the police reported. In doing so, they failed to notice the city bus, causing the bus driver to brake sharply. Nevertheless, a collision occurred.

A woman on the bus fell and four other passengers were injured when they hit partitions, handrails, and windows. Three passengers with minor injuries were taken to the emergency room by ambulance.

The total number of passengers on the bus was initially unknown. The police are investigating, including charges of reckless endangerment against the delivery driver.

The police are determining if the delivery driver's actions led to the subsequent [clashes] between passengers inside the bus. The intense [clashes] among the passengers resulted in injuries from falling and colliding with various interior elements of the bus.
