In the wee hours of Saturday morning, a fire ignited in a storage room within a multi-family dwelling in Arnsberg, Hochsauerlandkreis, leading to five individuals being rushed to the hospital with suspected carbon monoxide poisoning. The police declared the incident, sharing that the fire had been contained by the fire department. Unfortunately, the apartment where the incident occurred is currently uninhabitable. The cause of the fire remains unknown. Damage to property is estimated to be around 5000 euros.
