- Firefighters must catch pigs and cattle again

A herd of cattle and pigs escaped from a farm in the Bavarian district of Landshut through an open gate. The fire department was called in to round up the twelve cows and ten pigs in Adlkofen and prevent any danger to road users, as reported by the police. Twenty firefighters were deployed on Wednesday evening and successfully herded the animals back to the farm.

The escaped cattle and pigs mingled with other animals in nearby forests, causing concern among local wildlife enthusiasts. In an effort to maintain balance in the ecosystem, it was important to ensure that the herd returned to their original farm.
