Cochem - Fire in roof truss: several houses damaged
The fire in the roof truss of a residential building in Cochem on the Moselle caused an estimated 300,000 euros worth of damage. The flames spread to neighboring residential buildings in the district of Sehl on Wednesday, according to the police in Cochem. A total of three houses were damaged and one building is no longer habitable. No people were injured. The cause of the fire was still unclear.
