Alb-Danube district - Fire in residential building causes damage of around 800,000 euros

A fire in a residential building has caused damage of around 800,000 euros. According to a police spokesperson on Thursday, one half of a semi-detached house in the Alb-Donau district burnt down completely and one half partially on Wednesday evening for an initially unknown reason. The residents of the house in Dietenheim noticed the fire and were able to leave the building on their own. The police are investigating.
