On Monday, two women sustained minor injuries from a house fire in Heidelberg. A neighbor, aged 40, and an elder woman, 77, were both hospitalized because of inhaling smoke. The fire damage is estimated to be around 80,000 euros. It's still unknown how the fire started on Sunday, said a police spokesperson. The fire department successfully put out the flames before it spread further, causing the evacuation of the affected house and the one next to it as a safety measure.
