Soccer - Financial Fair Play: Dresden ahead in league payouts
Third-division soccer team Dynamo Dresden will receive the highest payout from the league's Financial Fair Play funding pot. The Saxons will receive 78,998.50 euros, as announced by the German Football Association on Tuesday. The funds for the 2022/2023 season were awarded according to two criteria: The positive season result in Financial Fair Play and the quality of planning over one and a half years.
According to the announcement, 14 clubs received a total of 550,000 euros from the funding pot. FC Erzgebirge Aue (€27,082.96) and Hallesche FC (€19,551.43) were at the bottom of the ranking.
