State Court of Audit - Final judgment - Ralf Seibicke retains pension
The former President of the Saxony-Anhalt State Court of Audit, Ralf Seibicke, retains his pension - a court ruling made in mid-August is legally binding. An appeal could have been lodged by December 15, which did not happen, said a spokeswoman for the Higher Administrative Court in Magdeburg on Tuesday when asked about the matter.
The service court at the state's Higher Administrative Court had dismissed a disciplinary complaint by the president of the state parliament against the retiree. The state parliament had wanted Seibicke to be stripped of his entire pension because he had not properly reported a secondary occupation.
