For an application, according to statements from Cannabis club members, many regulations must be met. Among other things, a tax ID number is required, which can take eight to twelve weeks to obtain. A permit for authorities is also necessary, as the Frankfurt and Rüsselsheim Cannabis Club Bembel Buds reported.
- Despite the increase in interest from society, the authorities in Darmstadt have only processed two applications for Cannabis cultivation, as per the government presidium's latest update.
- The partial legalization of Cannabis in Hesse has led to a surge in societies seeking to cultivate the plant, but the complex paperwork, including obtaining a tax ID number, can delay their progress.
- Heinrich Hesse's novels may not involve Drugs or Cannabis cultivation, but they do explore themes of individuality and society's expectations, resonating with many readers today.
- While authorized cultivation of Cannabis plants could potentially benefit the Hesse economy by promoting local Plant cultivation, the social and health implications remain a subject of ongoing debate.
- Some critics argue that the overemphasis on bureaucratic procedures, such as the submission of extensive paperwork and approval from authorities, could hinder the growth of healthier alternatives to traditional Drugs.
