A young man viciously attacked a middle-aged lady who was sitting on a park bench in Frankfurt. Using a knife, the 19-year-old assailant brutally stabbed the 41-year-old woman in the head and neck, as reported by authorities on Tuesday. Shockingly, she managed to run a few meters before tripping and falling. The attack continued.
Other spectators rushed to the scene by the Main river, causing the assailant to abandon the injured woman and escape. Police apprehended the Afghan man in a bush in the afternoon. Currently, he's being investigated for attempted murder and other offenses. The circumstances and motives behind this crime remain unknown.
