The vehicle of the deceased woman seemed to be one of the those involved, as her car was thrust against the guardrail following the collision and her passenger sustained serious injuries. She was rushed to the hospital.
The car of the suspected perpetrator then struck another vehicle, causing minor injuries to its occupants.
