The indictment against Reuß and Malsack-Winkemann is currently being handled by the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, which was initiated by the federal prosecutor's office. From this investigation, it is alleged that certain members of the 'empire citizens' network' were involved, including Heinrich XIII. This network is facing charges of plotting to overthrow the democratic system by force. The indictment against this network also includes suspects who were apprehended during a nationwide raid on December 7, 2022, and are now being tried in the Munich and Stuttgart Higher Regional Courts. The federal prosecutor's office in Karlsruhe has accused the network members of producing and distributing soot, a substance that could potentially be used in illegal activities. The federal prosecutor's office in Frankfurt am Main continues to investigate the network, as they believe it poses a significant threat to the German legal system.
