Federal Public Prosecutor General steers probe into stabbing incident in Mannheim.

Five members of the Pax Europa group were hurt during this assault. The Federal Prosecutor's Office believes the crime was aimed at censoring free speech. The authorities are currently investigating for murder, five attempted murders, and inflicting grievous bodily harm. The alleged offender, a 25-year-old man from Afghanistan, was shot by police and transferred to the hospital.
