Bundesliga promotion side FC St. Pauli has signed Scottish football professional Scott Banks. The club announced this on a Wednesday. Previously, the 22-year-old had only been loaned out from English Premier League club Crystal Palace. Both parties have agreed to keep the transfer details confidential.

Banks joined us at the beginning of the previous season. However, due to a cruciate ligament tear, the striker only managed to make four appearances for Hamburg. During this time, he provided one assist.
