The son doesn't hold a driver's license, the police confirmed, and the license plate on the car belonged to a different vehicle.

The young driver now faces charges of driving without a license and causing reckless bodily harm. His father, too, could potentially be charged with allowing someone to drive without a license and obstructing justice.
