A collision between a truck and a car on the A20 motorway before the Anklam exit towards Lübeck is causing a traffic jam of over a kilometer. This was announced by the police on Tuesday, after the incident occurred in the morning. The road was entirely shut down, leading to a seven-kilometer queue of vehicles. The car's driver sustained injuries but managed to escape from the wrecked car. First responders at the scene were police officers, who spotted the accident vehicles obstructing traffic from the opposite lane of the motorway. The reason for the accident is still undetermined.
