Bundesliga - Extension and loan: Frankfurt binds talent Ferri
Football-Bundesligist Eintracht Frankfurt has extended striker Nacho Ferri's contract long-term. The Hessen announced on Saturday a prolongation for two years until June 2028, but they will immediately loan him to the Belgian First Division club KV Kortrijk.
"Now it's up to him to get a lot of playing experience at a high level. We all promise him that from this loan to Kortrijk, where he can gather rich experiences at the highest national level," said Sport Director Timmo Hardung. Ferri made his professional debut for Eintracht in the last Bundesliga season and came on eight times as a substitute.
