Experts anticipate a slight increase in unemployment
The Employment Agency will publish the figures on the labor market in Schleswig-Holstein in November on Thursday (10.00 a.m.). Experts expect a slight increase in unemployment in the north compared to both the previous month of October and the same month last year. In October, 86,000 people were registered as unemployed in the state. Although this was 800 fewer than in September, it was 4600 more than in October 2022. The unemployment rate in October was 5.4 percent, the same as in September.
