On a pleasant Tuesday, forecasters predict rain and occasional thunderstorms in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland for the following days. The German Weather Service (DWD) explains that the day starts off with partly cloudy skies and mostly dry conditions. However, as the day progresses, clouds will densify, leading to evening rainfall. Temperatures will hover between 18 and 21 degrees. The night into Wednesday will also be rainy.

On Wednesday, expect cloudy, stormy weather with the occasional heavy rain. There's also a chance of thunderstorms, and in some areas, strong rain is possible. Maximum temperatures will be between 17 and 20 degrees. The forecast for Thursday is similar: Rain showers and thunderstorms with occasional stronger downpours will develop throughout the day, with maximum temperatures ranging from 17 to 20 degrees. Friday's weather is predicted to involve occasional rain showers, some of which might be accompanied by thunderstorms.
