Summer's heat has caused six Berlin watering holes to prolong their operation period. Fans of swimming can now indulge in the Columbia Bath situated in Neukölln, along with the bathhouses in Wilmersdorf and at the Insulaner in Steglitz, up until September 15th, as per the Berlin Bath Operations' declaration. The Wannsee Beach Bath has likewise continued its operation.

The Mariendorf Summer Bath will carry on until September 22nd, and the Olympic Bath will offer outdoor swimming for an additional week. As in 2020, the Prinzenbad in Kreuzberg will carry on serving, with its season wrapping up around late October.

In light of several instances of ruckus at certain Berlin bathhouses last summer, the Berlin Bath Operations, in collaboration with the city, have executed strategies considered triumphant. A representative commented on the situation being satisfactory and has indicated potential disclosure of visitor statistics at the conclusion of the season.

Other bathing spots in Berlin, such as the Mariendorf Summer Bath and the Prinzenbad, are also extending their operation periods beyond their usual closures. The Olympiastadion Berlin's Olympic Bath is an exception among these, offering outdoor swimming until October 1st, making it one of the other watering holes to operate for an extended period.
