As per the Brandenburg Center for Political Education, two-thirds of European regulations have a direct influence on regions and local municipalities. Some of these regulations involve data protection and freedom of expression online, climate policies, and migration policies. Simultaneously, local elections will also be taking place in Brandenburg on Sunday.
