There is a major fire in the stairwell of a building in Gadebusch in the morning. 14 people have to temporarily leave their apartments.

A fire at a multi-family dwelling in Gadebusch (district of Nordwestmecklenburg) caused approximately 40,000 euros in property damage. As the police reported, the fire broke out in the morning in a stairwell, causing heavy smoke, setting off a fire alarm, and alerting emergency services.

14 people had to be evacuated but were able to return to their apartments after the fire was extinguished. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The incident occurred in the district of North West Mecklenburg, specifically in Gadebusch. The fire department was called to the district of Nordwestmecklenburg to address a fire in a multi-family dwelling.
