EU summit: focus on billions for Ukraine and enlargement

The summit is also about the start of accession negotiations with Ukraine and neighboring Moldova. However, Hungary is threatening to veto the resolutions. Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD) wants to push for a consensus solution. Other topics include the Middle East war, the EU's medium-term financial framework until 2027 and migration.
