EU reaches agreement on reform of the common electricity market
The European Union's energy ministers agreed on a reform project in October. In addition to the expansion of renewable energies, the project is also intended to offer consumers low electricity prices. Among other things, there were disputes during the negotiations about possible subsidies for existing nuclear power plants.
