Crisis concerning Earth's climate - Environmental protests occur during EU elections in Hesse.
Recently, in multiple cities within Hesse, climate protests were held. Based on police estimations, hundreds of individuals took part in these events. Kassel recorded an attendance of 500, while 250 participated in the rally in Darmstadt. Frankfurt had approximately 200 participants. Additionally, protests demanding more climate protection were witnessed in Hanau and Bensheim. As a part of a Europe-wide movement during the 9th of June European election weekend, known as "Fridays For Future," these demonstrations were called for to bring forth the significance of climate protection.
