The English football team's arrival for the European Championship has led to some peculiar changes at the Blankenhain golf resort. According to Resort Director Daniel Stenzel, "The bar area, for instance, has been transformed into a massage area upon the request of the English." Stenzel further added that "Security measures will not be any less than those for the German team - if anything, they will be more stringent."

This golf resort in the Weimar Land was where the German national team prepared from May 26 to 31 for the upcoming Euros (June 14 to July 14). Stenzel recounted his personal connection to DFB sports director Rudi Völler, expressing how Völler showed his fondness for Stenzel's grandfather, Günter, who's turning 95. "Völler wanted to wish him happy birthday personally, so he filmed a congratulatory message that was played for all the residents in Günter's nursing home in Nienburg," Stenzel shared.

The English team members are scheduled to make their way to the facility in the coming days. "The first batch of support staff will arrive on June 7, followed by the players themselves on June 10," Stenzel informed. Decorations bearing the English team's logos and stickers have begun to appear.
