Fire department operation - Employee seriously injured in fire at Dieburg company
An employee was seriously injured in a fire at a company in Dieburg (Darmstadt-Dieburg district). As the police announced on Saturday, the fire department quickly brought the fire under control on Friday evening and was finally able to extinguish it. Other employees remained uninjured. The seriously injured 26-year-old was taken to hospital after initial treatment. According to initial investigations, a flammable liquid had ignited during cleaning work in the company, causing the fire.
