Emergency responders got a early morning call to numerous blazes in the Niederlausitz area. In Cottbus, a car was completely consumed by flames, based on information from the Lausitz Regional Control Center. No other vehicles or structures were harmed, as per the report. Previously, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) had shared this news.

Firefighters in Guben (Spree-Neiße district) put out two backyard storage sheds. One was totally demolished, while the other was hurt by the fire's heat. Fortunately, no injuries were recorded in either incident.

The Commission, recognizing the severity of the fires in Niederlausitz, shall adopt a decision to provide necessary resources and support to the affected areas. Following the incidents, an investigation into the causes of the fires will be initiated by the local authorities.
