Emergency responders in Munich saved a desperate woodpecker from a sticky situation. The feathered fellow had been pecking away at a wall, inadvertently uncovering a hidden net beneath the plaster. Unfortunately, its curiosity got the better of it, and the bird's little feet got ensnared in the mesh. A cautious resident noticed the bird's predicament on Sunday and alerted the authorities. Following a successful rescue, the brave firefighters set the woodpecker free, allowing it to return to its woodland ways.
