After smashed a window in an attempt to aid the woman, firefighters were forced to use specialized tools to wrest open a door. After successfully extricating the elderly lady, they whisked her off to the hospital as a precautionary measure.

The elderly lady was frustrated as she couldn't reach the car key stuck between her seat and door. Despite his best efforts, her son couldn't open the car with the locked keys.
