Processes - Election Review Tribunal hears appeals against Bremen election
On Tuesday morning, Bremen's election review court first discussed two appeals against the state election on May 14. The presiding judge announced a single decision at the end of the hearing day. On Tuesday, the court will hear a total of four appeals against the election. All of them come from the AfD, which is divided in the state of Bremen. The AfD had not been admitted to the parliamentary elections. The objections are directed against this. The objections from the so-called emergency committee were discussed first. From 11.00 a.m. onwards, the objections of the so-called short board will be discussed.

The two initial appeals against the state election in Bremen on May 14 were heard by the election review court. Despite not being admitted to the parliamentary elections, the AfD has raised objections against this decision. The court will also review objections from the AfD's 'emergency committee' and 'short board' on Tuesday. If the objections are upheld, it could potentially impact the results of the civic election in Germany. The government is closely monitoring the election review processes in Bremen.
