- Elderly swimmer tragically loses life in water incident
A 74-year-old lady met her end after an unfortunate incident at a swimming mishap in the Weilheim-Schongau region. As per the police's statement, this incident occurred in the Kirnbergsee, Penzberg. For reasons unknown, she submerged herself under the water and was subsequently rescued by a relative. This individual, along with other swimmers, had already initiated CPR before the emergency services arrived. Regrettably, despite their valiant attempts, the lady passed away later in the hospital. The police confirmed that no external factors contributed to her demise.
Despite the efforts of her relative and other swimmers, the women couldn't be revived after the swimming incident. The incident garnered attention among the local women's swimming group due to its unfortunate circumstances.
