On the previous day, Monday, a 40-year-old individual was apprehended following allegations of aggression. The 40-year-old had been given a restraining order for his residence, but he was discovered repeatedly inside on Tuesday. The police detained the German-Lebanese individual. Upon his arrest, law enforcement noticed blood stains on his attire. Upon investigating his residence, they discovered a forced entrance leading to an apartment that did not belong to the 40-year-old. Inside, they found a Minden resident, aged 65, with severe head injuries. Preliminary investigations suggested that the suspect had no prior connection with the victim.
In response to these unfolding events, the District Court of Bielefeld has ordered the 40-year-old suspect to be held in custody, pending suspicion of homicide.
