Sternberg is the subject of the news. - Elderly individual hurt in apartment complex blaze

Around 300,000 euros in damage was inflicted by a fire that engulfed a multi-unit dwelling in the Starnberg area. The 78-year-old occupant of the burned apartment experienced smoke inhalation on Tuesday morning, resulting in minor poisoning symptoms. Authorities suspect the blaze originated on the balcony of a Gauting residence. Firefighters managed to put out the fire, but were required to take down the building's insulation from the exterior. The criminal investigations unit is now involved in the case.
