A 58-year-old fellow met his demise while paddleboarding at Falkensteinsee, located in Ganderkesee. He was out on the water with his 49-year-old companion, and both took an unfortunate dip, as reported by the authorities. The woman miraculously managed to stay afloat.

Firefighters, DLRG, and a dive team from the Oldenburg fire department quickly responded to the incident. They deployed their boats and divers to search for the missing man. After a thorough hunt, the 58-year-old was discovered and transported to shore. Sadly, medical professionals were unable to revive him.

Spiritual advisors offered comfort to the woman, other beachgoers, and first responders. In total, around 70 emergency personnel were involved in the operation, which lasted approximately two hours.

Firefighting teams from the Oldenburg fire department played a crucial role in the rescue operation, deploying boats and divers to search for the missing man. Despite their efforts, firefighters were unable to revive the 58-year-old after he was discovered in the water.
