Eintracht without Koch for the European Cup match in Helsinki
Eintracht Frankfurt have flown to HJK Helsinki for the second leg of their Conference League tie on Thursday (18:45/RTL+) without defensive boss Robin Koch. The defender picked up a knock in team training on Tuesday and will remain at home for further examination, the club announced on Wednesday. Also not on board the plane were defensive players Tuta, who is suffering from a shoulder contusion, and Timothy Chandler, who is ill. 20 Eintracht professionals made the trip to Finland. The Bundesliga club won the first leg against the record national champions Helsinki 6:0.
Despite Robin Koch's absence due to an injury, Eintracht Frankfurt still traveled with 20 players to face HJK Helsinki in the Conference League. Regardless of injury setbacks with Koch, Tuta, and Timothy Chandler, Eintracht aims to maintain their potent form and secure another win in the return leg after a dominant 6-0 victory in the first leg.
