Swabia - Eight visitors suffer carbon monoxide poisoning in shisha bar
Carbon monoxide poisoning in a shisha bar in Swabia has left one visitor seriously injured and seven others slightly injured. As the police announced on Thursday, a visitor to the bar in Memmingen collapsed on Wednesday evening and was taken to hospital. There he was found to have a high level of the respiratory poison carbon monoxide. The emergency services therefore also carried out a measurement on other visitors to the bar. Seven other guests were taken to hospital due to elevated carbon monoxide levels. The criminal investigation department is investigating how the measurable carbon monoxide levels came about.
