  • 1⁄4 Tasse Semmelbrösel (30 g)
  • 1⁄4 Tasse Parmesankäse (30 g)
  • 1⁄4 Tasse weiße Zwiebel (35 g) oder gelbe Zwiebel
  • 1 Ei
  • 1⁄4 Teelöffel Salz
  • 1⁄4 Teelöffel Pfeffer

Vorbereiten

  1. Kochen Sie den geriebenen Blumenkohl etwa 3–5 Minuten lang, bis er weich ist. Geben Sie dann den gekochten Blumenkohl in eine Küchenmaschine und zerkleinern Sie ihn, bis keine Klümpchen mehr vorhanden sind.
  2. Den gepulsten Blumenkohl in eine große Schüssel geben, alle Zutaten hinzufügen und verrühren, bis alles gut vermischt ist.
  3. Den Ofen auf 400 °F vorheizen. Aus der Mischung Kartoffelpüree formen und das Kartoffelpüree auf ein vorbereitetes und gefettetes, mit Alufolie ausgelegtes Backblech legen.
  4. 25 Minuten backen.
  5. Nach 25 Minuten umdrehen und weitere 15 Minuten garen.
  6. Servieren und genießen!
