Traffic - E-scooter rider hit by car and injured

An e-scooter driver has been injured in an accident in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. According to police reports on Wednesday morning, a 29-year-old woman was driving her car on Hanns-Eisler-Straße on Tuesday afternoon. As she turned left at Michelangelostraße, she reportedly hit the e-scooter driver coming from the left, who had the right of way. The 29-year-old was subsequently thrown onto the road and suffered head injuries. Emergency services were alerted and took him to hospital for treatment. The police have taken over the investigation.
