Soccer - Dynamo Dresden loses test match against Hessen Kassel
Football-Third league team Dynamo Dresden lost the third pre-season match of the season against Regionalligist KSV Hessen Kassel with a score of 1:2 (0:0, 0:0, 1:0, 1:2). To give as many playing minutes as possible to the players of both teams, a total of 120 minutes were played.
After a long phase of balanced play, Dynamo returnee Christoph Daferner (86.) put his team in the lead. Cornelius Brünling (105.) and Severo Sturm (109.) turned the game late in favor of Hessen.
Dynamo Dresden has been in Thuringian Heilbad Heiligenstadt since July 1 for pre-season training. Coach Thomas Stamm tried out a mix of established professionals and some youth players against Kassel. On the KSV side, Kenny Weyh and the later goalscorers Brünling were in the lineup, who were former U19 players of the Elbestaedter.
