Germany's Ice Hockey League - Düsseldorfer EG has decided to end their partnership with ice hockey coach Dolak.

Coach Thomas Dolak and his assistant Mike Pellegrims are departing from Düsseldorf EG, as the team shared in a statement earlier this week. Consequently, the club finds itself in the hunt for a new top coach for the upcoming season in the German Ice Hockey League (DEL). The fate of current supporting coach Alex Barta remains uncertain, as well as what possible role he could take on.

Meanwhile, players Nicolas Geitner, Adam Payerl, and Kohen Olischefski will no longer be a part of the Düsseldorfers for the upcoming season. On the other hand, former forward Stephen MacAulay has decided to hang up his skates. However, U23 forward Jakub Borzecki gets a two-year contract extension with the club via an option.
