Böblingen - During police action: Man injured in fall from roof
A man has fallen from a ten-meter-high roof in Böblingen and been seriously injured. According to a police spokeswoman, the accident is believed to have happened on Thursday while he was fleeing from the police. The 32-year-old was flown to hospital in a rescue helicopter.
Police officers had previously visited the man's home. The spokeswoman would not say exactly what the police action was about. While the officers were at the front door, the man had climbed out of a roof window. He slipped and fell to the ground from a height of around ten meters.
