Due to inclement weather, the AfD calls off its election campaign in Dresden.

Due to the dire weather alerts for Saxony, the AfD has called off their election campaign finale on Dresden's Theaterplatz on Sunday. According to their website, they plan to hold a similar event during their Saxony state election campaign instead.

Political gatherings or social events - Due to inclement weather, the AfD calls off its election campaign in Dresden.

At first, they planned a program featuring speeches from Tino Chrupalla, Alice Weidel, and Jörg Urban, the Saxon state leader. However, the German Meteorological Service had earlier issued alerts for heavy rainfall from Friday to Sunday afternoon.
