Weather - Dry and cooler summer weather in Hesse
In Hessen, the summer takes a small pause regarding temperatures. People can still enjoy a little more cooling down after the hot last days. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), on Tuesday there will be highest temperatures between 16 and 19 degrees. It will be overcast and mostly dry. The night from Wednesday to Thursday will see temperatures drop to between 11 and 9 degrees.
On Wednesday, it will remain overcast with highest temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees. In the afternoon, meteorologists expect rain to come in. Additionally, a weak western wind will blow. According to DWD's forecasts, the rain will stop in the night from Thursday to Friday, while temperatures will drop to between 12 and 8 degrees. The temperatures and especially the rain will pick up again. Experts expect many showers with highest temperatures of 18 to 21 degrees.
In Hesse, the change in weather is reflected in the temperature shift, moving from roughly 16 to 19 degrees on Tuesday to potentially chilly 12 to 8 degrees during the night from Thursday to Friday. Despite the upcoming rain in Offenbach, temperatures are predicted to rise again, reaching up to 18 to 21 degrees.
