Traffic - Drunk traveler is thrown out of car on A3
On the A3 in Niederbayern, a drunken man was thrown out of a car during an argument - and continued on foot on the emergency lane. The 48-year-old Hungarian man had run away with his luggage towards Austria in the middle of the week, according to the Traffic Police Inspection Passau. Several callers informed the police. When officers encountered him between the interchanges Iggensbach (Deggendorf district) and Garham (Passau district), he put up so much resistance that handcuffs had to be used.
The investigators assume that the man's drunkenness may have been the cause of the argument in the car. The 48-year-old gave a blood sample. He now has to answer for resisting execution officers. Furthermore, it was stated in the message: "He could only continue his journey towards home with public transportation means after he had sobered up."
