Conductor calls police

A train attendant informed the Federal Police, who apprehended the suspect upon the Metronom's arrival from Bremen at Harburg station on Tuesday. Officers took the 22-year-old to the ground and restrained him. He repeatedly insulted the police, it was reported.

In his jacket, officers found a box cutter, which the man is suspected of using to threaten the women, aged 25 and 26. A breathalyzer test showed a reading of 1.95 per mille. After the initiation of criminal proceedings and sobering up in a cell, the 22-year-old was released.

Another attack on a woman in the S-Bahn

Just the day before, the Federal Police arrested a 41-year-old who poured beer over a woman's pants and then punched her in the face at the Reeperbahn S-Bahn stop. The 30-year-old was injured and treated by emergency services.

The arrested individual in Hamburg-Harburg was accused of harassing and threatening two women, as mentioned by the Federal Police spokesperson. The two women on the regional train were the victims of the man's verbal harassment and knife threat.
