Drunk driver strikes pedestrian in altercation

An intoxicated driver in Garmisch-Partenkirchen pursued and eventually assaulted a 31-year-old individual due to his driving skills. Following the incident, authorities measured the suspect's breath alcohol content at approximately one per mille, as confirmed by the police on Thursday.

A man realized on a Wednesday night that a different car was trailing him. Both vehicles pulled over in a driveway, whereupon the woman abruptly assaulted the man. Based on her statement, he had not acknowledged a crossroads, prompting her to disparage the 31-year-old. Throughout the commotion, she repeatedly punched him in the chest. The man swiftly dialed the police.

The officers removed her driving privileges. The 39-year-old now faces charges for intoxicated driving, assault, and using offensive language.
