A drunk man caused an accident in Reichshof near Cologne - and then fell asleep in his car. The 20-year-old was uninjured, as the police reported on Sunday. According to previous investigations, the man left the road on a left-hand bend. The car broke through a fence and came to a halt in a pasture. A witness discovered the driver asleep in the folded-back seat on Saturday and alerted the police. When the officers questioned him, they smelled a strong odor of alcohol. They ordered a blood test. The man was unable to produce a driver's license.
